  Sadly one star is as low as I'm allowed to put. We waited approximately half an hour before anyone decided to take our order and when she did, she didn't write it down. This resulted in miscommunications, wrong orders, and forgotten food. Many people walked in after us and recieved their food first, which in some cases is normal, but not in this case because they were all large groups, the same as my group. The food arrived after waiting for what seemed like forever and was awful. We all left little to no tip. Don't reccomend.

  You know what, I appreciate Café Brio and their recent involvement to become more connected with the local music and art scenes here in Springfield. We need more restaurants and local businesses like that. Plus on top of that, they are one of the few remaining local businesses downtown that allows other local businesses to put up fliers in the windows. And you know what, I haven't had a whole lot of their food but everything I've had has been great! Also five stars for their new logo.
