  This location is really hit or miss. Some days the service is excellent, and others it's just horrible. My visit today was not a good one. There was one car ahead of me. I pulled up to the drive-thru around 11:15am and sat for approximately 2-3 minutes before being greeted. I ordered the 6-piece BBQ chicken basket with a Pepsi. After a few moments of silence i was told they were out of Pepsi. Ok, so i ordered a Mtn Dew instead. I had to repeat my order 2 more times before i finally just told the lady i would pull around to the window. I got to the window and told her i wanted a Mtn Dew. She asked if i wanted the 4 or 6 piece. *sigh* Again i had to repeat that i wanted the 6-piece. After finally receiving my food and driving off i realize that what i got was the 4-piece. I look at my receipt and see i was only charged for the 4-piece, so i'm like ok whatever. I'll just take the 4-piece. I get home and start eating to realize there is a hair in it. Wonderful... As i said there are some days i have excellent service and other days it's just horrible. This was not one of the better days.
