  Order messed up 2 weeks in a row, never used to be like this. Used to love it and now it's getting worse and worse. Get your staff in line Matthew bluhm, horrible service. Ordered a grilled chicken salad and was brought a chicken salad sandwich with everything for the salad... And stale crackers to go with the salad that wasn't there. THANKS HEADWEST!!

  The Chatham Headwest used to be great. The service, the sandwiches, etc... However, over the past 6 months they have seemed to forget at least 1 item on every delivery. They have lowered their standard on their sandwiches with less meat, or any meat at all in some experiences, and the latest today forgetting our chips, and not adding any ham to two orders of their ham and Turkey. I think we might try our luck with a different location, but it will most likely not be in the near future.
  
  Voted used to be best sub in Springfield, but currently we might be in the top 5.
