  99 percent of the time our food is never right when we get it... today ordered a 6 piece, got a Mcchicken... also ordered a double only ketchup and mustard... that part was right, except the ketchup and mustard was everywhere... couldn't eat it, too messy

  It's McDonalds, so it's not exactly surprising that it's not a 5-star gig in any regard.
  
  The place is almost always clean when I go in, and never unacceptably filthy. They have a fairly diverse group of people behind the counter, but almost exclusively female. That's something I've not seen in any fast food place in this amount. Not saying that's a bad or good thing. Just... Different. The food is always pretty standard for Mickey D's, and I have yet to have my order done wrong. Which is nice, since I tend to be a bit more of a complex order; Big Mac, no pickles, no lettuce, light on the sauce, ranch on the side, large fries and large drink is my "usual". Sometimes take a couple 10 pc. McNugget orders to go if I'm feeling particularly splurge-y. Lots of kids come in after school and even during the lunch hour, since there's a pretty sizable public school only about a block or two away. Atmosphere is pretty calm, even with a huge slew of kids in there. And the managers seem to have a keen handle on things, keeping the peace and even coming out to chat with the patrons every so often. Some are even on a first-name basis with some of the kids.
  
  The only complaint I have, (and it's a big one), is that some of the young women who work the registers are loud, obnoxious, and extremely offensive and vulgar. That doesn't bother me in the slightest; (I just called the people at the US Bank near there "punk cunts" in another review, to give you an idea), but it's extremely unprofessional and really grates on the nerves when the KIDS from the MIDDLE SCHOOL are more polite and reserved than the people serving them. Okay, okay, I get it. Innocence of childhood or whatever. I call bull on that, though. I've heard those kids cuss, talk smack, insult people walking outside, and even trash talk some of the women working there, calling them everything short of "cunt", (because I guess the innocence thing is still slightly applicable?). But the difference here is that the kids do this in lowered voices, within their group. And they tend to only get like that WHEN THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER CALLS HER COWORKER A BITCH AT TOP VOLUME.
  
  There are three women who work there that do this a LOT. I will refrain from names because I don't remember them and appearances because I actually still like having a burger there every so often, thanks. But those three will shout, use slurs, cuss, and even insult some of the customers as they leave.
  
  Here's a sample of the ones that stood out to me.
  
  "That guy looked like a bum! What an asshole! Get a job, faggot!"
  
  "Look at that bitch, strutting out of here with her hundred kids. Bet she has a couple more stuffed up her cooch!"
  
  And my personal favorite...
  
  "Ugh, this black-coated asshole again... Such a fatass... Always with the Big Mac and the nuggets. Have a heart attack already, fatty!"
  
  Yeah, I heard that, you stupid bitch!
  
  (This is about to get personal. Just FYI.)
  
  I specifically wear the coat so that people have something easy to identify me with. So when they talk shit, and they use the most defining feature I have, (the black coat), I know it's about me. And why the hell do you CARE what I eat? My body; my money; my food. And you're no sapling, yourself. Fucking hippo back there calling ME fatty. I can run a 7-minute mile. All you're good at running is your mouth. Now shut the fuck up and take my money so I can throw more calories down my gut!
  
  I've decided to turn the other cheek that time, (it's partially why I've not gone back in two months; the other part being that I'm poor and lazy as hell), but I plan on stopping by today, February 1st, 2017, to have a nice, well-deserved burger. If you so much as SNIFF wrong in my direction, the manager will be called, and I will make sure to unrail on you in front of lunch-time traffic. Because, having worked in food service before, I know the WORST thing in the world is to be called out as an asshole in front of lunch-time traffic.
  
  So watch your damn mouth and at least make sure the door is closed before you start flapping your money-maker, hm? Thanks.
