  My order was given to me with the incorrect drink when I ordered using the drive thru. I told the staff member after tasting it (after the transaction was finished) and at that point she let me know the Pepsi ran out. I was not informed of this when I ordered or when I was handed the items I ordered. I was then given a refund for the incorrect diet drink. When I took my first bite of the chicken teriyaki, there was a bone in it. A couple of the other bites contained chunks of fat. For what is charged for a meal at Panda Express, I didn't think there should be bones or fat chunks in the meat! I will spend money elsewhere in the future. This was a disappointing experience!

  I went there today to get a double order of chicken teriyaki. I finally got home excited to eat and realized there was no teriyaki sauce for the chicken... If you order anything other than the teriyaki chicken just be prepared for a ton of vegetables with very little meat. There's a chick-fil-a next to them, better quality and better service...

  They told me I could order of one kind of food before and now this time around, they changed on me. So random. They aren't professional when it come to customer service. On top of that, when calling them they ended up hanging up on me. To say one thing then do another is unecessary.

  Never had a problem with my order here. Staff is always attentive, polite, and easy to deal with. Probably one of the best places to get Chinese food in Springfield.
