  I haven't tried calling this location to place an order the phone after a bad experience with another location that simply forwards calls to a call center. Instead, I placed my order online to reduce the chance of error. I have only been to this location twice, and that is in the past week. Of those two times with placing my order online, one had a failure. I requested hand tossed crust both times, but this time, I was given thin crust. I wish that they wouldn't charge an extra $1 for the pan crust... At least with pan, it would be less likely for them to have this error.
  
  Update: My most recent visit was a 5 star experience. The crust was done right. In addition, they went out of their way to have me view the pizza before leaving to ensure satisfaction.

  I don't know what's worse, ordering delivery or going to the restaurant, which is filthy, but at least you get what you order. This time was the last straw. After waiting for 2 hours, our order arrived literally cold with half of the items missing. Tried to call the store multiple times only to be hung up on by the manager.

  This place gas the worst service in Springfield, waited an hour and a half longer than the estimated delivery time during one experience. Got the wrong pizza on several occasions. They do not deserve you're money. Go somewhere else.
