- 2 / 5By Amanda BrewerUpon walking in I was greeted by a friendly young lady (did not get her name) who said that she's be with me in a moment. She appeared to be busy with the drive-thru. Meanwhile, a man later referred to as Travis was sitting down at a table, I'm assuming he was on break. 7 minutes goes by & I still have not been helped or further acknowledged. 3 more people walk in & stand in line behind me, then the young lady calls for Travis to help her. Travis finally gets up, clocks in, & washes his hands. I was a little peeved, but didn't say anything. It wasn't until I got to my hotel room that I noticed that my sandwich was horrible. The turkey was doubled up & placed on the bread so there were sections that didn't have meat at all & the veggies were dripping wet when placed on the sandwich, so my bread was soggy. I'm usually only in the area for business, but next time I'll make sure to go elsewhere!February 08, 2017
