  The manager Dawn has pretty much ran this location into the ground and upper management will not fix it.
  
  Restrooms, male or female are poorly maintained, competent staff have been chased by poor training and having the hours cut to the bare bones.
  
  Floors are dirty, large amounts of the pumps are periodically shut down due to being poorly maintained or broken at various times. The current staff do not know how to do most operations with the lottery machines, Supplies for the beverage machines are always under ordered.
  
  The manager frequently leaves new hires by themselves without support while hiding in the office leaving staff without support.
  
  Why in the world the Thornton family, with steadily deteriorating profits at this location, hostile management that blames staff for her failings this location, once the second best location has been allowed to persist, despite the fact that on top of other problems this location has gradually become known for selling tobacco and booze without I.D checks, is beyond me.

  I liked nothing about this place. This place, dare I say, caused me to go into an ambulance. I was here with my mother paying for gas, we told them the pump on the other side of pump 9, she put the gas on pump 9, and we ended up with 55 dollars wOrth of gas from the wrong pump, so they called the cops, and let's say, I went into a hyperventilating state where paramedics were called and I almost went to a hospital. don't ever come to this particular one. You'll save a headache
